Summer e-news
Hi <<First Name>>,
Summer has arrived and we’re well into the so called ‘silly season.’ Summer is the most Yang of the seasons and a time of increased vitality, openness and expansion. It's also traditionally the season of joy and good cheer. However, this period can be one of challenge; increased social commitments, work deadlines, feeling the loss of loved ones or financial pressures.
At this time of year, I see many clients who are exhausted, stressed out or simply struggling to cope. How are you travelling?
The end of the year is also a good time for reflection. Overall how has 2017 been for you? What's working and not working in your life? What patterns, thoughts or behaviours need revision or repair? You don’t need to wait until New Years Eve to start thinking about resolutions. In fact, it’s a good idea to start reflecting now. This will enable you to make some solid goals to work towards.
In Australia, the Summer Solstice falls this Friday 22nd December at 03:28 (AEDT). Also known as Midsummer and Litha, this is the longest day of the year and symbolically represents joy, abundance and harvest. It’s a good day to celebrate and appreciate the bounty of life and reflect on your achievements and successes.
