Raincity Barbell Club is switching to a time window of 6-8pm on Mon/Wed and 4-6pm Friday. During that time, Coach Liz will be there to talk you through warming up, and critiquing your lifting technique. Anyone interested in joining in Jan please contact Liz via email (liz@raincityathletics.ca)

Christmas Eve & New Years Eve will be team WODs only. Closed Christmas day, Boxing Day & New Years Day. Wed Dec 27th & Thurs Dec 28th will begin the new schedule with the 8AM CrossFit class moved to 10:00AM (which will continue in January). Other wise schedule as usual!
