It’s that time of year again when we meet on the mat to celebrate the winter solstice. Join us at The Remedy spa and studio on Friday, December 22nd at 6pm for 108 sun salutations.
It is a beautiful way to honor the past, live fully in the present moment and look forward to the future with hope, love and joy. You are free to do as many or as few sun salutations as you like, just come join us in this flow among a wonderful community.
