Find your Path to Lead

As we close out 2017 and look forward to 2018, we encourage you to become a bigger part of our region and make an impact in your community as you find your Path to Lead, and we are here to help you on your way.

In 2017, the programs of the Metro Chamber Foundation have made a huge impact in our region. Through the Inspire Giving grant, Lilliput Families received a new ADA compliant walkway at the entrance of their Citrus Heights location. Leadership Sacramento raised over $100,000 in donations and in-kind services to build a STEM center for students at La Familia Counseling Center. Metro EDGE continues to thrive as the place for young professional development and this year, in partnership with Sacramento Mayor Steinberg on his Thousand Strong initiative, we facilitated 320 paid internships for City of Sacramento youth.

It has been an amazing year and 2018 is going to be even better. We can't wait to add to the ever-growing impact the Foundation and it's volunteers are making in the region.

The Metro Chamber Foundation provides access to some of the region's most influential and driven professionals. It's the fast track to expand a personal network.

Holly Harper-Grohs is the Community Benefit Manager for Sutter Health, the Metro Chamber Foundation Board Chair, and a Leadership Sacramento alum. Being part of the Foundation set her on the #PathtoLead.

The Metro Chamber Foundation has invested over $3 million in community nonprofits over the past five years while providing 100 hours of professional development annually.

Dr. Michael Marion is the Bureau Chief of CA Bureau for Private Post secondary Education, Past Chair of Metro EDGE, member of Inspire Giving, and alumni of Leadership Sacramento. Being active within the Foundation set him on his #PathtoLead.
