Looking Back On 2017 With Thanks
2017 was a year of tremendous ups and downs - both personally and professionally
I got to work with a lot of very talented people meaning countless hours were spent in the usual fashion - stalking music writers and bloggers for premiers, interviews and music posts.
I got to survive my second hurricane since moving to Houston and, although we witnessed some incredible wins, we also racked up some pretty significant losses - RIP Reggie Osse.
I got to watch the world finally catch on to what I spent all of 2015 telling anyone who would listen - that Joyner Lucas was lyrically the shit. *drops mic*
And discovered some amazing new talent that I hope to spend all of 2018 stalking y'all about....
And when I wasn't stalking your inbox ...

Anyone that knows me, knows I have two great passions in life - music and dogs.

Because of many of you, I got to save a LOT of dogs this year. At least 100 dogs went through my house in 2017, many being saved in their last hours at the shelter. There were scabby dogs. Paralyzed dogs. Dogs that were so scared at the shelter they were deemed unadoptable.

Since I am not a charity and this effort is self-funded, your editorial support and patronage of my services made this possible and all of us are grateful.

Hope you all have an amazing Holiday knowing you were a part of something great and I look forward to building with you further in 2018.
