Open Focus Group: 'Reviewing 2017 - Closing Doors & Opening New Ones' - Join EDS Wellness in creating a multiorganizational and collaborative community to effect global change! We want to hear from you! Please consider participating in one of our upcoming patient focus group - offered both in person and virtually. The general format is a "town hall meeting" with guided Q&As unless stated otherwise. Each focus group will be moderated by Kendra Neilsen Myles, one of EDS Wellness' volunteers, or a member of our Board. Our first focus group will be held virtually on Tuesday, December 19th, 2017 from 7:30pm-8:30pm EST and will be closed/private. Focus groups will not be broadcasted live publically. Details, registration and login information will be added to this listing and the Facebook event page soon.

Can't make it, but have thoughts or suggestions that you would like to share about EDS Wellness and the work we do? Is there help that you need or are looking for, or need do you have ideas about how we can best help the broader hypermobility related disorders community? Please submit your thoughts and comments, or suggestions on ways to improve the work we do through the contact form found on the EDS Wellness website - http://edswellness.org/contact/website. Or, send an email to info@edswellness.org.

Thank you for supporting and helping EDS Wellness grow to better serve our community.

‘Monthly Wrap-up & Q&A’ – EDS Wellness' 'Monthly Wrap-Up & Q&A' broadcasts will be streamed live on the EDS Wellness Facebook page the last day of each month - unless stated otherwise (like this month). These virtual interactive broadcasts are meant to provide the opportunity to share feedback about recent EDS Wellness events, classes, or website posts, and provide an open platform for asking questions or for constructive discussions on community needs, etc.

Our goal is to be more "available" virtually, not only during classes, video webinars, conferences or other "virtual" events, and to offer a different extension of the EDS Wellness HelpLine. We hope to provide a casual and consistent way for everyone to ask questions, share thoughts, ideas for the future and more - EDS Wellness related or not.

We hope you can join us!

Important! Please Read!
  • All EDS Wellness-related programs and services will resume the week of January 2nd, 2018. We will be available on a limited basis via email and messenger, and will still be sharing important information. We do have a few exciting announcements that we will be "officially" sharing soon (i.e. EDS Wellness' 2018 Video Webinar Program). We will also be posting reminders about planned events (i.e. the next "Just 5 Minutes" virtual class will be held on January 3rd, 2018 - perfect timing for the New year!), and providing links to new resources and programs soon-to-be-launching on the EDS Wellness website.
  • Class recordings, most conferences presentations and more can be found (currently) on the Strength/Flexibility/Health/EDS YouTube Channel. There are plenty of videos and specific playlists to keep you moving for "Just 5 Minutes" over the holiday break!
  • Please note - Our new e-learning platform that has been built into the EDS Wellness website will be the new home for most the class and presentation recordings currently found available through our YouTube channel. All speaker presentation recordings from our 2017 conferences will also be available on our new platform. We will still upload some new recordings and video clips to the Strength/Flexibility/Health/EDS YouTube channel. However, EDS Wellness is moving towards developing and implementing additional virtual educational resources to help our global community and establishing alternate processes and means to help support at least some of the work we do.
  • There are no plans, still, for a Wellapalooza 2018 Retreat. As previously mentioned, EDS Wellness is excited to explore different avenues to help our community and looking forward to tackling new projects. We have decided to pivot and walk forward towards a few unchartered paths in our quest to uncover and develop new resources for our community.
  • The EDS Wellness Swag Store will officially be “open” for business soon, offering useful tools for self-care, fun bling, books, printed educational materials and more!
