During the past year, the team has been working with the Tri-County Council, the Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA) and representatives from Charles and Calvert counties on a regional project to address transportation needs related to healthcare. Amy Conrick from CTAA discussed this project and shared a draft of the final report at our meeting on December 12.
This report includes:
- a summary of project activities
- a description of the two solution concepts the stakeholder group selected for further exploration
- details that needed to be "tested" for the proposed solution concepts
- limited project launch plans for the proposed solution concepts
As a reminder, the limited project launch is meant to be a low-cost "proof of concept" experiment in the most realistic setting possible so that the stakeholder group can further identify areas of promising solutions that still need to be strengthened.
