Happy New Year !....
Fellas, Ladies,
Have you ever wondered why you're getting out of your comfy bed in the morning to go to work? Well, one good reason is probably the wage you get paid for a honest days work.
|
|
|
But in the big scheme of things, there's another good reason and I'm sure you're well aware of this one too; we all are part of what makes our beautiful nation and it's economy work! You are mining, processing, loading and carting the Sand and Scoria our industry needs to build drains, bridges, roads and buildings. Once the concrete foundations are laid and the builders start pulling up the wall frames they use some of the timber carted by our log-trucks. The workshop teams make sure our machinery and trucks keep moving and the paper pushers in the office make sure we get paid for our work by our customers and.... you guessed it.... our wages get paid on time. You see, it's all linked together, it's a chain reaction, and as long as we're all pulling our weight and with a bit of luck thrown in, we can all look forward to a succesful 2018!
