Long-time educator Mary Barkley is focusing on improving early childhood education in the local community through MSU K-12 Outreach. 

Led by MSU's John A. Hannah University Distinguished Professor Barbara Schneider, the College Ambition Program will expand efforts to help low-income and minority high school students enroll in college.
