We thought an email was sent on the individual service days informing you of this missed service. We have been told by many people they did not receive this email so we are following up.

Your account will be credited for the missed service. I believe we have fixed the email server error and you will be informed within 24hrs of your missed services due to weather in the future.

Because we missed a week and we will need extra time to clean up after the snow our days might run long and we may need to service some of our clients a day later. If we are not able to get to you on your next service day we will call to inform you that we will be out the following day.
