PRO TIP: If you’re looking at the virtual signing store via your mobile phone, select the “menu” icon above the first title to view a drop down menu to be able to see/search by author.

REFUND REQUESTS:


Due to a high volume of requests, please allow up to 14 days for your refunds to be processed.

If you currently have tickets for ApollyCon 2018, and know you will no longer be able to attend/use your tickets, you may request a full refund by following the steps listed here: https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articles/en_US/How_To/can-i-get-a-refund?lg=en_US
 

THE FINAL DAY TO REQUEST A REFUND IS MONDAY, JANUARY 1ST, 2018! 


*Any refund requests that are timestamped after 11:59PM EST on January 1st will not be processed. As long as you submit your refund request VIA YOUR EVENTBRITE ACCOUNT (and not via a direct email to us saying you’d like a refund) before/by January 1st, you will still be eligible for a full refund—even if we are still behind on processing requests.

NOTE: Though our Eventbrite ticket page states that we are issuing refunds up until 30 days prior to the event, that is not the case. Eventbrite will honor our January 1st refund policy/date by cancelling out any refund requests that come in after that date.

If you need to resell your tickets after January 1st, we will have a ticket thread in the ApollyCon Attendees Facebook group--which will be posted in the group the week of January 15th.

 

APOLLYCON 2018 TICKET RELEASE INFO:


We will release all remaining tickets (that were refunded/cancelled) on SATURDAY, JANUARY 13TH AT 7PM EST! (See link/button below!) 


We will have a limited number of TITAN, APOLLYON, DEITY, SATURDAY SIGNING, and KEYNOTE (SUNDAY) BRUNCH tickets that will be available for purchase! The tickets will be listed at the same price as they were listed for back in June--to see those prices, go here: http://www.apollyconevent.com/tickets/.

Because we are still handling refund/cancellation requests, we are unable to announce how many tickets will be available for purchase on the 13th. However, we will send out another email newsletter (and post in the Attendees Facebook group) the week leading up to the ticket release day with further information, including ticket quantities. 

Ticket purchases will run the same as it did back in June: on a first come, first served basis. Once all of the tickets that are  released at 7PM January 13th sell out, the sales will end. ALL TICKETS PURCHASED ON JANUARY 13th (and beyond) WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE. They will be transferable, so if something comes up, you’ll be able to resell/transfer those tickets. 

We will not be utilizing the waitlist for this sale, so if you previously were on the ticket waitlist (and were still waiting on tickets) your best bet is to try your luck once the tickets open up on the 13th. 

After the 13th, we will no longer release any more tickets. If you're still in need of tickets after that date, you can check the ticket thread in the Attendees Facebook group.

THE TICKETED AUTHOR GROUP ENTRY FORM WILL REOPEN SATURDAY JANUARY 13TH AT 8PM EST!

We've had additional spots open up due to cancellations, and duplicate entries. This means if you missed out on a chance to sign up last time, purchased waitlist tickets after November 18th, or plan to purchase tickets that get released on January 13th, YOU'LL GET A CHANCE TO GET A TIMED ENTRY WRISTBAND FOR TICKETED AUTHORS (FOR THE SATURDAY SIGNING)

Reminder: ALL ATTENDEES CAN ENTER THE SIGNING AREA WHEN DOORS OPEN AT 12PM SATURDAY. Timed entry slots pertain to the ticketed author side (see files for the list of ticketed authors) of the room.

IF YOU PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED THE FORM (BACK IN NOVEMBER), YOU CAN EXPECT YOUR GROUP ENTRY ASSIGNMENT TO BE EMAILED TO YOU SATURDAY (TOMORROW) EVENING.


We will post a spreadsheet in the ApollyCon Attendees Facebook group in late January, early February with the group assignments, in case you may have missed the email that we send through.

APOLLYCON 2018 EVENT ANNOUNCEMENT:

THE APOLLYCON BAG CHECK ROOM!


For those of you who plan to have a ton of books to carry/tote around during Saturday's signing session, we will have a BAG CHECK ROOM where you can load/unload your book haul!



 

What is the bag check room? 

The bag check will be a secure room where you can leave your suitcases/carts/large bags of books (for a small fee) should you want to have a lighter load to walk around with within the event space on Saturday! When you drop your bags off in this space, it will be just like a coat check; your bag(s) will be tagged with a numbered ticket which you'll be able to give to the attendant who will retrieve your bag(s) when you need access to them.


Why use the bag check room?

We have over 100 authors listed in our lineup, which means that if you were to bring only 1 book per author, you'll have 100+ books with you for the 5 hour signing! Because of this, in addition to our cart policy (no wagon-like/horizontal carts will be permitted in the signing area), we wanted to provide an alternative option for attendees who plan to bring large stacks of books for the signing. The bag check room also eliminates the need to have to take the elevator up to your guest room, or walk back and forth from a car to drop off/pick up books as during the signing session Saturday.
