As we head into the New Year, it's all change here at Made, with new staff, clients and projects on the go! As the new Head of Production, it's an exciting time to be coming onboard, and I am looking forward to the challenges to come.

The pace at Made was set early on for me, as my first week involved a trip to Cardiff to meet our newest client, Wales Millennium Centre, followed by time at our Birmingham and London offices to meet our developers and Client Services team. Despite leaving my head in a spin, all this rushing about has given me a great overview of the work Made is doing, and of our plans for 2018.

In the first Made Up of 2018 we have plenty to whet your appetite for the year ahead. We weigh in on social media and the arts, and our CEO Jake sums up the RFP cliches we are hoping to avoid over the next twelve months. Plus you can read Account Manager (and resident millennial) Ben McCluskey's thoughts on how arts organisations can use their digital offerings to attract younger audiences.

So enjoy the newsletter, your glimpse into our outlook on this year. Here's to a busy 2018!
