Welcome to our January 2018 Newsletter and we hope your New year so far is going well. Keep up to date with our latest feature releases and get a preview of what we have in the development pipeline.

New year, New business goals. This newsletter focus on making plans and preparing for the year ahead. Looking forward 2018 will be an exciting year for One Stop Order Processing with lots of new features being released and new way to update your licenses.

we will be consolidating the functionality that we offer, improving features such as returns, reviewing stock control, adding more couriers and increasing the amount of automated feeds that we have. We will also at improving reporting and sales analysis within the program.

January is all about planning for the year ahead. But it is also about looking back and working out what you did last year, what you want to do again and what needs to be changed .

In the Premium version of One Stop Order Processing you are able to use the mailing list feature, this will allow you create a report showing data that has specific chosen attributes. E.G. people that have purchased a specific product and there postcode begins with TQ.

This information is very valuable as your able to then send the customer relevant information with regards to the use of the product or if over time it may need replacement parts, How they can purchase them.

In the Professional version of One Stop Order Processing you are able to generate sales report. This will give you a better idea of your best selling products and furthermore the products that haven't sold so well.

Our 2018 charity is Jacob's Ridge Animal Sanctuary. We were lucky enough to visit them last year and have been working with them ever since. Last year, Jacob's Ridge founded the Animal Sanctuary lottery, a fund designed to support Animal Sanctuarys all over the world. You can join the scheme for as little as £1 per week. The lottery is drawn every week, 25% of the funds collected are split between 5 winners and the rest goes directly to the animals.
