Elected Member Update, January 2018

Happy New Year!

This is the Improvement Service’s first elected member e-newsletter of 2018 and we wanted to start off the new year by sharing some of our recently published briefing notes and content from 2017.

A little bit about us

The Improvement Service is the national improvement organisation for local government in Scotland. Our purpose is to help councils and their partners to improve the health, quality of life and opportunities of all people in Scotland through community leadership, strong local governance and the delivery of high quality, efficient local services.
