Hope you have had a relaxing festive break and are ready for an active, delicious food year. This is just a short newsflash to keep you on top of a few mouthwatering happenings for the next two months at Wickedfood Earth Country Cooking School.

Saturday 13 January - Preserving Workshop
(R750pp including R250 worth of bottled fruit to take home, and lunch).
We are in the midst of our of Cling peach harvest from the cooking school food gardens. Come celebrate the crop at Wickedfood Earth Farm Country Cooking School, where we will show you a number of very different delicious ways of locking all that summer goodness up in a bottle to enjoy at a later date, as well as  the secrets of successful preserving and bottling. And to crown it all off, enjoy a peach inspired lunch and take home 6 bottles of preserves, one sample of each product made during the  workshop. More….

Sunday 28 January - BBQ inspired lunch and craft beer tasting
(R290pp, very limited space still available)
Staff have been inspired by the art of cooking over an open fire and the unique flavour of small batch craft beers, especially brewed for the event. The Country Cooking School staff will combine their favourite South African braai techniques, with BBQ smoking and open fire cooking techniques of the Americas, to produce some really unique meat dishes - ribs, pulled pork, sosaties, slow cooked brisket, sticky wings  and even a dessert and beer pairing. Sunday 11, Saturday 17 or Sunday 18 February - Valentines cooking classes in the country
(R995 per couple). 
Valentines Day cooking classes have always been very popular at Wickedfood, and we are usually fully booked by mid January and dates are already starting to fill up. As Valentine falls in the middle of the week Wickedfood Earth Country Cooking School is offering a choice of 3 very special Valentines day experiences, on two consecutive weekends. More...

If you planning a special event this year, kitchen tea, milestone birthday, team building cooking classes and events, corporate functions or product launches, please consider Wickedfood Earth Country cooking school.
