Current Availability of Section 108 Financing - CDBG Entitlement and State Grantees

HUD has updated the information on the current availability of Section 108 loan authority for state and local governments based on Fiscal Year 2017 CDBG allocations. The Section 108 Loan Guarantee Program allows state and local governments to leverage their Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds into federally guaranteed loans large enough to pursue significant economic revitalization, housing rehabilitation, and infrastructure projects.
