Light Body Yoga™ is a sacred body of metaphysical teachings that have been birthed through the esoteric wisdom of the Divine Feminine. Shannon Port founded Light Body Yoga in 2004, after spending her childhood and early adult life in communion with this powerful force of Love. She has presented Light Body Yoga workshops in New York City while teaching at some of the top yoga studios, as well as around the world. In 2011 she began to teach the metaphysical wisdom in 7-week tele-courses and share it with a far reaching audience. This work is highly unique in its understanding of the Divine Feminine Wisdom and the Western esoteric jewels as they relate to the Eastern teachings of yoga and tantra. The Feminine has been missing from our alignment of consciousness on Earth and in humanity. This work is about the alchemical marriage of the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine within every soul and the awakening of the Spiritual Body - also known as the Body of Light.
The 2018 Light Body Yoga™ Tele-Course is going to focus on the Creative Imagination of the Goddess and its power to awaken the Seven Portals of Light and Ascension. You'll work with wisdom to heighten your connection to the creative gifts of the Divine Feminine Archetype. Shannon is a leading expert and a powerful voice for the Divine Archetypes and their creative principles. She incorporates this profound wisdom for manifestation, seamlessly, into the mystical teachings on awakening the Body of Light.
The course will include:
Over 12 hours of potent lectures on the Seven Portals of Light & Ascension & the Divine Feminine Wisdom
Guided meditations during each session
Tools and exercises to access the inner portals of Ascension
Personal email correspondence with Shannon every week
Q&A at the beginning of every call
One dedicated extra Q&A session for a total of 8 sessions
The course meets every Wednesday for seven weeks, 12pm EST, for a 90 minute call. We'll schedule an extra session for Q&A once we get started. The first session falls on the Capricorn New Moon on January 17th! The sign of Capricorn plays a huge role in the coming year. All calls are recorded and the code to listen is sent out immediately following the call. If you are not able to attend the live call you will receive the listen code and have access to listen at least 3 times during the seven weeks.

Commonly asked questions:
Can I participate in the course if I am not able to attend the live calls?
Yes! All calls are recorded and put on a conference platform. A listen code is sent out after each session and the call remains on the platform for 1-2 weeks depending on the needs of the course. Many participants are not able to attend live calls.
Do I need any previous experience in yoga asana?
Absolutely not. This course is not focused on the physical aspect of yoga (asana), but on the mystical teachings of the Spiritual Body of Light. There may be references made to yoga postures, breathing and mudras, and in that case, a picture or short video will be sent out after the session. There are physical asana series that go along with this work and they will be available to those who are interested.
