If you did forget to do your cleanup all together, schedule and complete it ASAP. Cleanups done before January 20 can be counted for those missed 4th quarter cleanups in 2017!

Why Are you Receiving This Reminder?
This reminder is being automatically sent out to all teams who haven't completed a fourth quarter cleanup. Fourth quarter is from October 1 through December 31.
If you have completed a cleanup between October 1 and December 31 and you are receiving this email it means we didn't receive the reporting forms, waivers, or supplies after your cleanup.
