"This video was created by the Ontario Arts Council (OAC) as a tool to highlight the significance of Indigenous cultural protocols in the arts. OAC commissioned Maaiingan Productions, a First Nations video production company, to create this resource. Indigenous artists, academics, Elders and cultural leaders were interviewed about the importance of protocols, to present a clear understanding of the responsibility that comes with cultural practices, and ways to honour the guiding principles of protocols." "Cette vidéo créé par le Conseil des arts de l’Ontario (CAO) se veut un outil permettant de souligner l’importance des protocoles associés à la culture autochtone dans le monde des arts. Le CAO a demandé à une société de production de vidéos des Premières Nations, Maaiingan Productions, de créer la vidéo. Des artistes, des universitaires, des chefs de file de la culture et des aînés autochtones ont été interrogés sur l’importance des protocoles. Ils expliquent clairement la responsabilité qui accompagne les pratiques culturelles et les différentes façons de respecter les principes de base des protocoles." Lire la suite

"In November 2013 the Community Arts Council of Vancouver invited community members from Vancouver's Downtown Eastside neighbourhood to participate in an arts-based dialogue on Interculturalism. Guest artists Diane Moran and Shelley Stefan also joined the dialogue. Students will have the opportunity to participate in Jumblies Theatre’s Four Lands project taking place in Winnipeg (Jan 12 – 21, 2018) in partnership with Creative Manitoba and The Edge Gallery & Urban Art Centre."
