Happy New Year to everyone!
As we kick off 2018, I wanted to reach out to everyone with a couple of things. First, I want to remind everyone that HOA dues payments are now only invoiced two times per year. You should have already received the first half invoice. Please promptly pay this, or if you need an extension or to make other arrangements, please contact Superior Association Management.
Next I wanted to remind everyone to keep a keen eye out for things that look suspicious in the neighborhood. Over the holidays some of the residents had decorations stolen or vandalized. There were also a couple reports of strange vehicles patrolling the neighborhood. Please make sure to contact 911 for emergency related issues, and 311 for non-emergency issues. Do not take matters into your own hands
Finally, the annual board meeting which will include electing new board members will be at the beginning of Q2. If you have any interest in joining the board, please reach out to one of the board members so any questions you might have can be answered in advance.
