Events in January

The YBNL Playshop is a transformative event that increases self-awareness of our body language, and it is the beginning of the YBNL intuition training program. The next Playshop is January 13-14 in Santa Rosa.

EnergyWorks is a next-level course which teaches us the experiential physics of intuition. EnergyWorks is open to YBNL Playshop graduates only and happens January 20th in Sacramento.

The YBNL Playshop

The YBNL Playshop is a hands-on workshop of partnered exercises and group experiences based on energy movement; YBNL gently reclaims stuck energy from our past and transforms it into increased awareness of our body and the present moment.

The purpose of the class is to raise awareness of our body language and to transform it positively. You will observe this transformation in others and you will undergo it yourself. We gain tools to stay present and tools to stay connected, and we learn to listen to our intuition. These skills improve with practice.

The Playshop looks very much like Brian’s introductory talks (light & fun) and there are no prerequisites, though it can be helpful to be aware of a personal issue or distraction that you would like to let go of.

EnergyWorks
happens on January 20th at John's Flowers in Sacramento. For playshop graduates, this fun and practical day-long workshop teaches us how to impact the world around us by simply shifting our energy within.

YBNL Private Training is a 10-session program for personal growth that teaches our body how to let old issues go. As this repeated experience of relief becomes familiar, our body will realize that it didn't need to hold on in the first place. Through attentiveness and experience, participants discover how to spontaneously cease holding on to events and issues, allowing them to more fully Be Here Now.

Shift Happens - Results tell the truth.
