Warm & Well is a partnership of charities and organisations across the whole of North Yorkshire working together to tackle and reduce levels of fuel poverty, supporting people and communities to stay warm and well in winter. It is funded by North Yorkshire County Council.
We are working with a range of organisations in order to reach as many cold homes as possible. These include local Age UKs, Citizens Advice, Charities, Local councils and Home Improvement Agencies.
