Thank you to everyone who came to our client Christmas event in Clevedon last month. We had a brilliant turn out and it was lovely to chat to so many of you and have your support.
Lisa, Geoff and Charlotte had a busy few days in Nottingham, attending the annual Freedom Travel Group conference. Lisa was fortunate to win an educational trip to India.
Combine mince, red onion, Weet-Bix, parsley, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, egg and salt and pepper in a large bowl. Shape mixture into 2cm-thick patties. Heat oil in a frying pan and cook patties for 3 minutes on both sides.
Transfer patties to the BBQ, add cheese to top and cook for a further 5 minutes. In the meantime, grill some bacon slices!
Spread hamburger bun bases with mayonnaise. Top with lettuce, tomato, beetroot, pineapple, patties and bacon. Cover with bun tops. Serve.
