An EdTechTeam Impact Lab is a program that includes a two-day high-energy event featuring Google for Education. Grounded in EdTechTeam Honeycomb for school change, the program will focus on areas such as courageous leadership, empowered educators, engaged community, and inspiring learning spaces.
Educators will answer the question, “What is your impact?” and develop a plan of action around this goal. Through a collaborative effort, attendees will aim towards putting their impact goals into action.

We're about to begin another online study of Gayle Allen's book, The New Pillars of Modern Teaching. This learning experience will include a weekly podcast, a reflection task for each chapter, and sharing work through an online community. (This book study can also count as 6 GT update hours!) Region 10’s Annual Technology Conference will be held Wednesday, May 16, 2018. Our keynote speaker will be John Spencer, and he will inspire us to shift towards empowerment.
The event is free for educators and brings together inspiring teachers, campus and district leaders to share practical digital learning tools and strategies to create engaging classrooms and life-long learners. We are aware that this year’s Technology Conference falls within the May testing window, so please check your calendars and availability before you register or submit a presentation proposal.
