Recovery Meditation
Looking for a way to incorporate mindfulness into your recovery? Join your peers for Meditation for Recovery every Thursday from 4:30-5:30 p.m. in the Oasis room at the Center for Health and Well-Being!
Business Meeting
Join us on Wednesday, Jan. 31, for our monthly “business” meeting where we plan activities and get feedback about Gamecock Recovery. The meeting will be in Russell House 309 from noon to 1 p.m.
Treat Yourself Thursdays
Remember What’s Up Wednesdays with Bekah? This semester join Bekah for Treat Yourself Thursdays every Thursday from 5-9 p.m. in Strom 301B!
-It’s the first week of classes, and Bekah is feeling the drag with you. So, on Jan. 18, join Bekah for a chill night in the space, where we will play with playdough, color, eat snacks and watch some Netflix!
