Now that the holidays are over and you have hopefully recouped some, how are you doing on your social connections? I have set the intention this year to meet a friend for coffee or lunch or dinner at least twice a week. There is nothing like face-to-face interaction, to know we are all connected, to bounce ideas, seek support, and to just laugh. Even if you are the most introverted person ever, you still are wired for connection!
