We've been having a riot over the past couple of months, enjoying the seasonal queer spirit at Christmas, bringing in the New Year at our wonderful Summer Camp, and preparing ourselves for Naked Week 2018!

Bad Santa vs Inflatable Jesus
We enjoyed a fun-packed Christmas to end the year at Autumn Farm, with plenty of goodwill and seasonal spirit, followed by bringing in the New Year in style. Christmas day offered the chance for Pete's and Peter's family to share in the holidays with friends, guests and volunteers.
The shear culinary energy and skill shown by Pete and his family that morning as they enjoyed each other's company and gifted this to everyone, was both inspiring and delicious!
Both Peter and Pete are marvelous hosts, with the challenge of catering for 42 people met with ease and aplomb.
Bad Santa meets Inflatable Jesus
After everyone had had their own night-time visit from Father Christmas, we also had Bad Santa with us, who took us through a game of 'receive or steal a gift' and aptly, an inflatable Jesus was the most popular secret Santa gift to steal back! Everyone wanted that messiah!

Summer Camp Fun and Frolics
Taking off the trappings of the old year and putting on the new was full of fabulous creative fun!
The New Year's day play was hysterical, with Peter's writing and Peter and Ray's directing of a new play called "Autumn Leaves" sending up male naked retirement community...now where has that inspiration come from?
It was closely followed by a talent/no talent contest, with acts including singers and song-writers, balloon animal sculpters, guitar-players, lip-sync singers, monologuers and comedians...
Autumn Farm continues to be a place where people are encouraged and supported in creating and enjoying their own entertainment...something that our world, with today's modern technology, can lose the skill for, and which is still seen as a precious commodity here on the farm.

Improving your Autumn Farm
Early December gave us the chance to further improve facilities at the Farm. We had the bulldozers in to do so heavy lifting, as we constructed a new and improved top entrance drive to the site.
This will really help with access to the camping grounds and gardens, and is a real enhancement to the look, and operation of the farm!
