With January over, we are heading into our first full month for 2018. We are excited for the year ahead and aware of the challenges we will be facing. In this newsletter we have some exciting updates including a BHS corrugator installation and some interesting products that we have recently made up in our workshop. Going into February we are excited to announce that we will be opening our online store and will be inviting you to check it out once it goes live! The online store will be used to show off our diverse range of products and sample parts on offer. We hope you enjoy this month’s update, please get in touch with any feedback comments or queries.

Mechanical Pipe Bender

Recently we finished the build on this mechanical pipe bender. It is capable of making flawless bends in pipe, square bar, round bar and flat bar, your imagination really is the limit. Check out this short video of the machine in action, bending 38mm pipe with ease.

Trade

We are proud to announce the installation at Mpact Port Elizabeth of a brand new BHS Corrugator has been completed on time. Due to the good communication between Mpact, BHS technicians and the Dennes Trading team, the installation went smoothly with no major problems. Test production took place between 10^th - 12^th January with production starting on 15^th January 2018. Mpact are very impressed with the BHS equipment stating that the production of their heaviest grade board has tripled in speed.
In order to maintain the high quality board production, the BHS training team were on site during start up and will stick around for a while, training all the operators and technicians. Once training is complete their new BHS corrugator will achieve it's maximum speed of 250 meters/minute when in full production.

Engine Stand
We designed this engine stand with ease of use in mind. Using a worm and gear it allows the engine to be tilted in any direction with very little effort. This allows the exact angle needed, for each operation, to be obtained with ease. We have allowed for this stand to be mounted to a fixed table or to a movable engine trolley.

Dennes Engineering is officially water wise! With the water shortages we are currently facing, we have taken the measures to ensure that we will be in full operation in the event of the water being turned off. A huge thank you goes out to Waterwise Solutions for installing rain water tanks, leaf catcher and first flush system. They made the whole process so effortless, get in touch with them if you require a similar installation at your home/offices and do your part!
