The Awards, set up by Zars Media to shine a light on our industry's talent, provide a platform from which companies are able to share with the world, the stories of the women who are doing remarkably within their teams.
In doing so, they are normalising female presence and talent and this is important because our industry is not as diverse as it should and it is important to signal to those at the start of their career, that there are opportunities to thrive.
