One of the amazing blessings I've received from writing this newsletter and my website is the contacts I have made all over the world. When I was growing up, the only way to make friends far away was by writing letters to "pen pals." Now, I've been fortunate to hear from so many of you from Mexico, South Africa, Australia, Italy, Portugal, and so many more countries, as well as knitters all over the U.S. You've generously shared your family stories, your charity work, and your amazing knitting projects with me. I'm so happy to have so many wonderful "knit pals".
