Neil Lewis Jr. researches the psychological mechanisms underlying motivation and goal pursuit. Lewis, formerly Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Michigan Journal of Sustainability and a Dow Sustainability Program Doctoral Fellow alumni,
received a doctoral degree in Social Psychology (LS&A) in 2017 and is now Assistant Professor, Department of Communication, at Cornell University.
