Greetings!
I'm here to apologize. Fugue did, in fact, have a number of missing words, and I should have corrected that sooner.
I had engaged a proofreader but she was delayed due to the holidays. I'd gotten the marked-up copy back last week and hadn't gotten around to updating the book. Then the 1-star review came around and I felt attacked, but I should have been embarrassed, instead.
Going forward, I'll change my processes so that I don't ever publish a book that has not been professionally proofed. Of course, there will still be errors, but I'll keep it to a minimum. It reminds me of that old axiom:
"There are two typos of people in the world: those who can edit, and those who can."
Thanks to all of you who reached out regarding my cry for help. I do hope you enjoy the book, and it's better right now than it was yesterday.
As a reminder, it's a satirical-comedy about a ruined wedding set in Cleveland, and I try to poke fun at men, women, relationships, and my beloved Cleveland.
If you'd like a free reviewer's copy, email me directly (reply to this!) But I also think you'll enjoy it.
Thanks!

P.S. if you're in Lansing this Friday, I'm appearing in a live theater production of a radio play. I'll be the narrator of a Green Hornet episode from the 30s! It's at 7:30 at the Robin Theater.
