Active Kids program open now!

By the time you read this, the Active Kids program should now be open and parents can apply for the voucher numbers for their children. As a reminder, the Active Kids voucher can be used to go towards the registration costs at Kings Langley Soccer Football Club.

The Active Kids program is administered by the NSW Government. Please visit the Service NSW website for step-by-step instructions on how to apply for an Active Kids voucher that you can then use when registering via PlayFootball (formerly known as MyFootballClub).

Pre-season training, Mini-Roo muster and registration open days

Dates for the commencement of pre-season, the traditional Mini-Roo muster, and our registration open days at the clubhouse are close to being finalised. Watch this space for more news as to times and dates. We’ve had lots of enquiries so I know that everyone is keen to get the season started.

The club doesn’t officially have responsibility for the grounds until early March, so activities in February need to be organised around the needs of the Blacktown cricket association as the end of their season draws near. Your patience is appreciated.

Upcoming courses for coaches

The Blacktown and District Soccer Football Association has a number of training courses for coaches available throughout February. The courses cover all levels of grassroots football, from Grassroots Expo training for U5-U8 through to Senior Coaching Certificate for adults.

Kings Langley is proud to support our coaches in their development, and will reimburse course costs for our registered coaches upon completion of the course. If you’re interested in coaching at Kings Langley this year, please get in touch with the Committee by replying to this email.
