Winter Happenings
This past month was filled with divine appointments, open doors and assurances that we are exactly where God wants us for this new season. Dan has been thoroughly enjoying his new role with the Europe Link Office, and has been involved in some exciting projects that are building momentum for ministry among European missionaries and churches. He just finished telling the stories of the really cool ways that six missionaries are reaching people in their cultures, which will become a major source of increased support for these ministries, along with inspiration for future endeavors.
We just returned from Lakeland, Florida, representing Europe missions at Southeastern University's (SEU's) Missions Emphasis Week. Over 500 SEU students will go on a missions trip this year, and we were able to join them in chapels and classes to connect and encourage. This month, Dan also was able to help Europe's Children and Global Initiative develop new online strategies to enhance their ministries.
Alicia and the girls have been meeting a lot of new people around town, and they're working to build some relationships with several of the moms. God has opened so many doors for conversations, and we're excited to see where they lead. The girls were invited to their first birthday party here, and we plan to reciprocate by inviting these new friends to church :) We've met several more neighbors in our apartment complex, and have enjoyed finding out more and more about the people who live closest to us. The girls open so many doors for our family to talk to people, which is incredibly fun!
Please continue to keep us in your prayers for wisdom, more opportunities to meet neighbors, and for bold creativity in upcoming projects. We appreciate your support so much and love sharing with you with God is doing in our family, in Springfield, and in Europe!
With gratitude,
Dan & Alicia (Paisley, Piper, and Ana!)
