Phil became the Executive Chef at Delta Hotels by Marriott Winnipeg just before his premiere as a guest chef at the Gala Dinner in 2016.

Before coming to Winnipeg six years ago, Phil was Head Chef at Edmonton’s 4^th & Vine Wine Bar where he paired his two passions in life – food and wine. It was there that he learned the craft of matching food and wine. Check out Phil’s bio.

The 2018 Gala welcomes back Executive Chef Kristel Pastorin! After graduating from Red River College Culinary program, Chef Kristel continued her learning in some of Winnipeg’s most prestigious establishments. This led Chef Kristel to bring her experience in all areas of the professional kitchen as the Executive Chef at The Grove Pub & Restaurant, in the heart of historic Grosvenor Square. We are very excited to have a signed jersey from Winnipeg Blue Bomber running back, Mr. Andrew Harris, to offer in the Gala silent auction. Thank you to his very proud aunt, Chapter member Sandra Sprenger, for bringing in the jersey.
