Hello to all participants, parents, teachers and accompanists! Scheduling for the 2018 Lethbridge & District Music & Speech Arts Festival is now complete. A new registration program has meant new challenges and we appreciate your patience.

Are you a participant or a parent?
When you have logged into your profile, each of your registrations will have a competitor card link in red. Click on the red link to get your class information.
Are you a teacher?
When you have logged into your profile, there will be a "Summary" link next to "Registrations where you are the teacher". This will give you all of your students' class times in chronological order. You can pass this information along to your accompanist(s).
Are you an accompanist?
You will receive the information from the teacher or you can check the schedule online. Please note that there is no conflict report with this program so I have manually checked as best as I can with the information given to me. If you are missing from a registration, please get the registrant to add the information and let me know.
Did you pay by cash/cheque or have yet to pay?
The program only recognizes PayPal payments so you will not be able to access your information as described above. Please see the "Unofficial Tentative Schedule" located on our website.
If you find any discrepancies or wish to request a change, please do so in writing by emailing generalmanager@lethmsf.org no later than February 1, 2018.
