Mercer County District Library News
Adult Reading Challenge 
The libraries in the county are partnering with a few area nursing homes to provide an Adult Reading Challenge for adults 50 years old and older. There are weekly drawings with a final grand prize of a Kindle Fire. The contest runs from February 1st - March 2nd. Entry slips can be turned in at any of the public libraries in Mercer County.

Celina News
Our vision is to create a green space for library patrons to enjoy reading and library services outside. Marilyn Frahm loved the library and the outdoors. We hope to honor her memory with a beautiful space that incorporates these two loves.
LEGO & Board Game Night
Come join us on the 9th for your Friday evening for a fun night of LEGO building and board games. The fun competition begins at 5:30 pm.

Blind Date with a Book
During the month of February, check out one of our wrapped mystery date books. Fill out the "Rate Your Date" slip and return it to be entered for a prize.
Take Your Child to the Library Day!
On Saturday, February 3rd we will be offering free activities for children and family, including a photo booth, crafts featuring popular children's storybook characters, scavenger hunt, LEGO building and more! The fun begins at 9 AM and runs until Noon. No registration required.
