Happy New Year!
Alright, I'm a little late with the message - life circumstances have been a little tricky lately - but I sincerely hope your New Year has been off to a good start!  I've been working on some new material including some barns and mills but this month I've been focusing on creating new mountain pieces, as part of my continuing Colorful Colorado series.
If you've recently subscribed or know my work from Connecticut, you may be wondering why the shift to mountains?  Well, I moved to CO from CT in 2002 and fell in love with the state, the people, the laid-back culture and of course, the landscape.  Although I grew up in New England, the mountains and the West felt like home.  The only part missing was my family and after being away for over 10 years, I decided to return back to reconnect with my family.  But it's been a hard transition and I long to return to the West.  So until that time is right, I work on Colorado and Western themed pieces to ease my homesickness.
The new pieces in the collection range in sizes, from miniature 2x2" magnets to a large 36x36" statement piece and a variety of sizes in between.  And as a subscriber, you're getting first peek at the pieces which are live on the site now.

To show my appreciation to you for following, I'm including a free downloadable calendar with my artwork and will continue to do so monthly for the rest of the year.  It's made to fit on a 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of paper; it's great to hang on a clipboard or binder clips.
Download it here on the secure MailChimp site:

That's all for now but I do have a bunch of vintage mills that I'm starting work on that I'm excited to share with you in the coming weeks so stay tuned.

Thank you for following and sharing with others who you think might enjoy!
