RENTAL REPORT

Our team of property management superstars have really hit the ground running this month, 
leasing 12 properties in under 30 days!

We have seen a surge in potential tenants moving, a high percentage from interstate, seeking rental accommodation in the Albury Wodonga area. With such a shortage of rental properties on the market this 
demand has sent rent prices up slightly, a trend which we expect to see continue into late February.

While the weather may still be warming up, don't forget that now is the perfect time to check on your Winter appliances such as your wood fire place or ducted heating unit. 
Have you checked to make sure they're working? Are they in good order? When was the last time the unit was serviced or cleaned?  By booking in early you can ensure your heating appliances are in tip top shape before mother nature turns on the cold tap!

SALES UPDATE

Our property managers aren't the only 
ones run off their feet this month, with 
our incredible sales team successfully 
signing off on
 10 new contracts for 
properties throughout Albury, Wodonga 
and even Tawonga South! 

The heat is certainly not deterring those 
who are looking from coming out on 
weekends to wander through our homes that 
are open for inspection, with attendance 
rates remaining steady across the month. 

The stable rate of open home 
attendances also comes with a steady rate
of property's being sold. On average, 
properties listed are being sold within 3 
weeks from the day of listing, but some 
are selling within the first week! 

Price, presentation and marketing are all 
factors that greatly influence a properties 
ability to sell quickly in the current 
market. 

Priced accordingly and presented well with a 
strong market position, your  home 
has a far higher chance of selling 
sooner, rather than much later.
