Health Tip


My topic today is exercise; we all need to do this for our health but not necessarily by going to the gym.  Put more energy in cleaning your home, polishing windows, digging the garden, washing the car or walking to the shops. Just by putting in more effort you are using your body and getting exercise. Just do it....!

Find your own happiness

Well it’s here, spring and some very welcome warm weather!  Maybe this will help us all feel considerably better about life in general.

I have been talking to colleagues and friends recently  only to find that so many people are feeling a lack of direction and in the news we hear of the rise in depression and anxiety. This increase the stresses on relationships, whether in partnerships or in our general family life.

Money, lack of it or the worry about possible redundancies clouds the mind and induces anything but that wonderful rush of happiness that we should feel in the spring.

It is a well know fact that exercise increases the feelings of well-being so see the Natural Health Tip section and put them into practise now.

My suggestions to get out of a downbeat mindset are as follows-
  • Get out into the open air and sunshine as much as you can
  • Listen to the birds and smell the flowers before your time in this life runs out
  • Take time to reflect on the good things in your life
  • List all the things you for which you are grateful …however small
  • Get tapping with EFT(Emotional Freedom Techniques) and free up your anxiety
Doing this will raise your vibration and a high vibration attracts similar….so the happier you are the more happiness comes to you. This is the fundamental law of attraction.

So love more and you get more love, laugh more and you get more laughter in your life; this is not always easy so you have to work at it….that is what life is about, we work though our own journey. So remember to love yourself and everything will be better.
