Advisers will need to reserve hotel rooms using a reservation portal specifically designed for Tennessee FCCLA for the 2018 State Leadership Conference. The Tennessee FCCLA State Meeting housing portal will open Feb. 24 at 10 a.m. to March 2 at midnight. Access to the hotel portal will be provided at a later date.

Online Project Summary Forms

Each student participating in a STAR Event is expected to complete an Online Project Summary Form. The submission process has changed for 2018:
  • Students and/or advisers will complete the Project Summary Form submission online and then print off the confirmation and place it on their project board or in their project portfolio.
  • The Project Summary Form is located in the FCCLA portal. Students may not have access to the form. Advisers may have to sign in for the student(s) to access the form. Advisers, you can find this form in your "Resources" tab.
  • Advisers should receive a confirmation email once a form is completed. You will print this confirmation to be placed on the project board or in the project portfolio.

Public Review and Comment of Tennessee FCCLA By-laws

During summer 2017 Tennessee FCCLA Advisory Council meeting, the Tennessee FCCLA Advisory Council members reviewed the initial draft of the proposed revisions to the Tennessee FCCLA By-laws.

The Tennessee FCCLA by-laws were under review after an audit performed by National FCCLA highlighted some discrepancies and areas of improvement. Tennessee FCCLA was encouraged to revisit the existing by-laws and to enact revisions as necessary.
