What Can I Do?
We are celebrating Workforce Planning Hamilton’s 20th Anniversary this year! Help us celebrate by taking 5-10 minutes to complete our survey.

Our annual EmployerOne Survey provides a way for Hamilton employers of all sizes and sectors to be our partners in building a strong workforce and prosperity for themselves, as well as for our community. Our survey is shorter this year and will be easier for you to complete!


When?
The survey is open from January 2 to 31, 2018.

Who Should Complete EmployerOne?
All local employers and business owners can complete the survey. Your responses will be kept confidential.

  • By sharing your hiring needs, challenges, and plans you’ll provide crucial and timely labour market information.
  • Outcomes will include a more educated workforce that will increase your company’s bottom line, with less staff turnover.
  • Last year, local job developers used the EmployerOne survey to help over 6,000 job seekers and more than 30,000 students in Hamilton. The survey lets the community know what jobs are in demand and what employers look for in new hires.
