Art Shop - Arts Centre, Port Noarlunga
The Arts Centre has an Art Shop full of handmade items and artworks by local artists.  Artworks include jewellery, paintings, pottery, feltwork and woodwork and new stock is arriving now for Christmas.

TABLE ROCK  - exhibition
Runs from 16 February during Adelaide Fringe Festival  See Fringe guide for details.

Artist in resident Henry Jock Walker's practice commonly explores possibilities of surfing, painting and performance through collaboration and socially inclusive events.
Henry will be working in collaboration with visiting and local artists to generate TABLE ROCK. A next level community surf art project! Surfing as a catalyst for creative action and connected learning.

An un-comprehensive exhibition of real and imagined South Australian wave riding history. TABLE ROCK will host something in the form of; a surf shop, a board swap meet, outdoor film screenings, a tarp surfing competition and live music. The main resident artists are Henry Jock Walker, Scott Pyle, Kurt Bosecke, Aaron Fell-Fracasso, and Barbary O'Brien. There will contributions from many other rad artists.

Tim Casiero will be sharing his knowledge of printing in one day Lino printing workshops.
10am-4.30pm on Saturdays from 10 February - 3 March.

Shimmer Photographic Biennale 2018
Call for expressions of Interest - CLOSING SOON

Applications are now open to take part in the Shimmer Photographic Biennale, the only South Australian arts festival dedicated to celebrating the art of photography and the culture of the camera.

Public Place Improvement Grants

The Public Place Improvement Grants program encourages groups and individuals to nominate works to improve public land including streetscapes fronting parks and reserves. Projects may seek to activate places by improving the general appearance of an area, public safety, economic development (eg attracting business or tourism), environmental management and enhanced functionality. Examples of funded works have included temporary and/or permanent public art.

The next round of grants opens Monday 29 January 2018.
