There’s a more important question to ask than how long.

Hi Friend,

Last week a client referred someone to me for a new project (thank you!), and I was reminded of the importance of sticking to my Q1 marketing plan.

What’s the plan? I’m focusing away from reaching out to strangers and towards staying in touch with people I already know. Ta-dah! This new prospective client, who would have been a stranger, is a second-degree connection! That automatically gives us a head start on our relationship and more comfort with each other.

This week’s post answers one of the most common question I hear about business blogging.

Happy writing!
Linda

P.S. What a weather roller coaster we’ve had in Ontario this month. Monday night I even had to comfort my greyhound Patch through a thunderstorm! How do your pets cope with extreme weather?
