All,

As we settle in to the semester I want to encourage everyone to make this spring semester count! Coming back from break, which is always too short, and trudging through the snow and cold can make the spring semester especially challenging. Some of us may have senioritis while others are living for summer, warmer temps, and a relaxed schedule. So our challenge this spring semester is to get off to a great start, demonstrate engagement in our studies and discipline in our action. There are a variety of opportunities in this newsletter to help you beat the spring semester blues and continue to work hard at your craft. Please check out these events (see below) and plan to attack the semester by doing something new!!

* Undergraduate research events and workshop schedule
* HDFS student club-Helping Hands-meetings and volunteer event schedule
* The Social Science resource fair-January 24th 10-2pm-Berkey Hall
* Diversity Career Fair-January 24th 2-6pm-Breslin Center
* MSU Sexual Assault Program volunteer training schedule

Good Luck! GO GREEN
