#TINA2018 Artist Call Out
For 21 years This is Not Art (TiNA) has celebrated Newcastle as a first-rate creative city. As one of Australia's leading contemporary and emerging arts festivals, TiNA provides a national platform for experimental and emerging arts practices.
The festival supports artists to take risks, experiment, and extend the boundaries of their art forms and practices.
Artists are invited to apply directly to co-presenters National Young Writers' Festival, Critical Animals and Crack Theatre Festival. You are strongly encouraged to talk your application through with the relevant contact person prior to submitting your application.
Applications open: 1 February - 31 March midnight.

Critical Animals
The Critical Animals Creative Research Symposium brings together students, researchers, writers, artists, academics and thinkers who are critically engaged in creative and experimental art practices.
This year they invite proposals for their 2018 festival, anchored by the theme Give and Take.

CRACK X is for live performance that lives between the cracks. They’re on the hunt for brand-new artists, or experienced artists who want to try a brand-new idea.

National Young Writers' Festival
