Here are some of our New Year’s Resolutions:

1. I will make sure my motorcycle is in proper working order well before spring riding weather.
Many local bike shops are currently running specials on parts and labor. Taking advantage of an early tune-up now might put some extra cash in your pocket to use at rallies and for long rides with friends. If you prefer to be hands-on, giving your bike the mechanical equivalent of a physical will ensure you’re ready for a safe ride as soon as the weather breaks.

2. I will be vigilant about recalled motorcycles, parts, and gear.

We recommend taking this resolution a step farther: If your bike, its equipment, or a piece of your safety gear is part of a recall, resolve to remedy the problem ASAP.

3. I will make sure I have the best-possible insurance policy for my needs and budget.
