Fellowship Spotlight
Atlantic Council Millenium Fellowship 

The Millennium Fellowship is open to rising leaders and innovators around the world committed to achieving transformational change in their communities, countries, and professional fields with a global impact. Fellows will be at the forefront of the Atlantic Council’s work to promote constructive leadership and create a more secure and prosperous world. Through a competitive application process, the Atlantic Council will accept approximately twenty exceptional leaders who are thirty-five years old and under into each new class of Millennium Fellows.

The Millennium Fellowship is a two-year program. Throughout the fellowship and beyond, fellows will join a global network of outstanding peers, have unparalleled opportunities to meet with world leaders at flagship Atlantic Council events, go behind the headlines to discover issues at the cutting-edge of key global trends, and lead the debate on the issues that will shape the 21st century.

Student Experience Spotlight

Sarp Yanki Kalfa

Sarp Yanki Kalfa chose MIEF at Johns Hopkins University and was confident the program would offer him strong analytical and quantitative skills, as well as the opportunity to learn from highly respected faculty in the economics field.
Yanki is the president of the school’s International Finance Club, where he informs his fellow classmates about career options in finance. He also hosts high-level speakers to inform the community about the current situation in the world of economics and finance and has co-authored a paper on monetary policy during his studies.

After graduating, Yanki is interested in working for organizations such at the International Monetary Fund where he can continue focusing on international finance and monetary economics. Read more about Yanki's experience here!

Member School Highlight
