Affiliate Planning Meeting
March 2, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Willamette University, Alumni Lounge, Salem, OR
The agenda includes a review of the GEAR UP Roadmap, a tour of the Willamette campus and team planning time. A light continental breakfast and lunch the day of the meeting will be provided.
School Trainings
As a GEAR UP Affiliate, your school is eligible to receive a one-day workshop at no charge with our consultants. If you would like more information, please contact your GEAR UP liaison. If you are ready to book, please contact them directly to set up a professional development day that is ideal for your school.
College Visit Funds
Oregon schools may apply for matching funds up to $750/visit for
school field trips to college campuses and college fairs. Funds may be used for transportation, substitutes for teachers attending the field trip, meals, or other expenses. Schools will be reimbursed after the visit. Funds are first-come, first-served, with priority given to Affiliate schools. The final deadline to apply is
May 15.
