HUD has published an update to the HOME IDIS Training Manual for PJs to show HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Participating Jurisdictions (PJs) how to set up, fund, draw funds for, and complete HOME activities in the Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS). Topics related to these HOME-specific processes are also covered. Updates to the manual include information on the newly added deadline compliance screens and functionality enforcing the new requirements on local account funds. Please be advised that this manual is intended for staff with a working knowledge of the HOME Program.
